Sarah’s dad started the business when she was just 15 years old. By 19, Sarah had taken over and continued growing it into the year-round property care company it is today. She’s been behind the wheel plowing Minnesota winters for as long as she’s had a driver’s license—and she knows firsthand what it takes to keep a property safe, cared for, and looking its best through every season.

But for Sarah, this business has always been about more than maintaining properties. It’s about building lasting relationships with customers who know they can count on us.
